SPAHAUS

SPAHAUS, a 6,000-square-foot sanctuary is a transformed 1852 stone farmhouse set on 50 acres in New Hope, PA. Reimagined as a private retreat, it blends the old with the new, featuring redesigned living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, with exposed original elements. Using reclaimed timbers, adobe plaster, and distressed hemlock., the interiors play with contrasts — light vs. dark, spacious entertainment area vs cozy private spaces. The home’s centerpiece is a dramatic two-story dining space with Bocci decorative light centerpiece that intertwine through the exposed beams. SPAHAUS showcases the art of renovation without boundaries
